When will my order be dispatched?

We make all items to order so we can minimise waste. Our current processing times are up to 5 working days for apparel and up to 3 working days for art prints and mugs.

We can’t always dispatch your order as soon as you’ve placed it, but we always work hard to get items out to you as quickly as we can.

What about shipping?


Our standard UK shipping is Royal Mail 48, which takes between 2 - 5 working days. You can upgrade your shipping to Royal Mail 24 which takes between 1 - 3 working days. Royal Mail are currently prioritising recorded delivery orders. DPD courier is next working day.



Standard shipping times for EU orders vary during the pandemic. If you're concerned about a missing order and it's been more than 30 days since your order has shipped, please contact us so we can investigate.

If you're in the EU you may now have to pay extra import duties. Please check your spam and junk folders once your order has shipped for any contact from the local customs office so you can retrieve your parcel.

If you do not accept your shipment then we will be happy to refund your order once it has returned to us minus any shipping and import tax charges.



We ship all orders to the US with USPS. They advise 3 - 5 working days for delivery but are experiencing substantial delays during the pandemic. If it's been more than 30 days since your order has shipped and you haven't received it yet please drop us a line so we can investigate.


How do returns work?

If your item doesn’t fit or is different to how you expected, we’ll be happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 14 days of you receiving your order. Please do try to only order the size you think you need though - all of our products are made to order and we’re trying to do our bit for sustainability. 

If your item is damaged or faulty, we’ll need a picture so we can send you a replacement free of charge or provide a full refund.

Our only exception to returns are seasonal items as these can’t be re-sold.
